Betty has been consulting and training dental professionals exclusively for the past 30 years. Her accomplishments include transforming struggling practices into efficient and profitable businesses, converting dental practices into computerized / paperless offices and training Doctors’ and staff to successfully implement efficient business systems.
With her background in accounting and finance, Betty has specialized in analyzing practices by their numbers, seeking to evaluate the financial stability of the practice and make improvements to the bottom line. She has a passion for developing and implementing financial systems including introducing tools where solutions are needed to track a practice’s progress, detect its fiscal inconsistencies and explain financial irregularities. Taking her experience, education and training with her, Betty taught Practice Management Classes at USC’s School of Dentistry for more than 15 years, introducing dental students to the financial and business characteristics of the Dental Practice. Betty is a graduate of CSULA where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and her MBA in Finance.
